Refund Policy
Refund terms for hospibird's paid A.I Agent case record and healthcare billing administration software workflow.
Refund window
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a paid A.I Agent case record.
Refunds are available when the paid case record has not been substantially used, completed, or used to generate significant digital case materials.
Eligible refund situations
A refund may be approved if the customer purchased by mistake, the paid case record has not been used, the case is outside hospibird's software scope, or hospibird cannot reasonably provide the purchased digital case record workflow.
A refund may also be approved if duplicate payment is confirmed.
When refunds may be reduced or denied
Refund eligibility may be reduced or denied after substantial case record usage, including document processing, A.I Agent summary generation, task checklist creation, timeline preparation, case record completion, or final report preparation.
Refunds may also be denied for misuse, fraud, unauthorized document submission, chargeback abuse, or requests made after the 14-day refund window.
No outcome-based refunds
hospibird does not guarantee bill reductions, claim approvals, provider responses, insurer responses, collection holds, reimbursements, or any specific case outcome.
A case outcome that does not reduce a bill or change a claim decision does not automatically qualify for a refund if the purchased administrative workflow was provided.
How to request a refund
Send refund requests to support@hospibird.com within 14 days of purchase.
Please include the email used for the case, the payment reference or Lemon Squeezy receipt, the case title if available, and a short explanation of the request.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor used at checkout.
Refund timing may depend on Lemon Squeezy, the customer's bank, card network, or payment method provider.
